2. What You Can't Do

  • Upload or sell illegal, copyrighted, or harmful content without permission.
  • Use Filesity for fraud, scams, or any malicious activity.
  • Attempt to interfere with the platform's functionality or other users' stores.

3. Your Store, Your Responsibility

You are fully responsible for promoting your store, attracting customers, and managing your business. Filesity provides the technical infrastructure but does not market individual stores or products.

4. Payments & Refunds

We support cryptocurrency payments only. All transactions are final and non-refundable due to the nature of crypto. You must provide accurate product descriptions to your customers.

5. Content Responsibility

Store owners are fully responsible for the content they upload and sell. Filesity does not review or guarantee the quality, legality, or usefulness of content in individual stores.

We reserve the right to remove stores that violate our rules or applicable laws.

6. Platform Updates

We may update Filesity or these terms from time to time. Major changes will be communicated clearly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Filesity provides infrastructure for individual digital stores. We are not responsible for losses due to poor sales, marketing failures, or business decisions. Each store operates independently.
