Welcome to Filesity. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform. By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Description of the Service

The Platform provides a marketplace where users can upload and sell their digital files in exchange for cryptocurrency. We facilitate the transactions and take a percentage commission from each sale made through the Platform. The details of our commission rates can be found on our Pricing page.

User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following:

a. You are solely responsible for the files you upload to the Platform. You warrant that you own all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to sell and distribute the files.

b. You must not upload or sell any files that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or patent rights.

c. You must not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities on the Platform, including but not limited to unauthorized access, hacking, or spamming.

d. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

Sale and Payment

a. When a user purchases a file through the Platform, the buyer agrees to pay the specified price in cryptocurrency. We will hold the funds in escrow until the transaction is completed.

b. Once the transaction is completed, we will deduct our commission from the sale price and release the remaining funds to the seller's account.

c. Payments will be made in the cryptocurrency specified by the seller during the registration process. The conversion rates and any associated fees are determined by the payment processor or cryptocurrency exchange at the time of the transaction.

Intellectual Property Rights

a. As a user, you retain the intellectual property rights to the files you upload and sell on the Platform.

b. By using the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your files for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

a. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available on the Platform.

b. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

a. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

b. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the conduct of any user or third party on the Platform.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
